I'm currently a Policy Advisor at a London based think tank.  I'm also a Senior Fellow at African Liberty, and Foreign Policy Fall Fellow for Young Voices.  Formerly a Research Associate at the Cato Institute's Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity.  I often write about economic freedom, African development and global well-being. I also write the's Heroes of Progress column.
